 Equipped with filters and sensors specifically for applications such as coffee, the equipment ensures the integrity of MAP packaging, preserving product flavor and aroma, while protecting brand reputation. Additionally, you can perform valve leak testing and integrated valve release on the air release valves with the optional valve test unit (VTU) , so that the integrity of the entire packaging is accurately checked and recorded in a comprehensive report.

It features an intuitive user interface and dedicated ports for probes and VTUs, along with USB ports for connecting additional accessories such as barcode scanners or keyboards. The device also includes a burst test option to help you set up settings and limits for packaging testing. Up to 999 product test settings can be programmed into the device to ensure consistent testing parameters.

 The Dansensor MultiCheck 2 is designed for easy maintenance and cleaning, helping to maintain measurement accuracy and ensure uptime. Use the automatic backwash program to periodically remove particles and dirt from the system, and replace the easily accessible filters on the measuring head.
