The Dansensor® Lippke® VC1400 is a packaging leak detector that can detect even the smallest leaks in blister packs, glass jars and other flexible, rigid or semi-rigid packaging. It tests seal strength and package integrity for quality control and process optimization in packaging lines or packaging research & development.
This instrument automates methylene blue dye and bubble tests (ASTM D3078), ensuring optimal reproducibility. Test parameters and results are automatically stored on the instrument and can be printed or exported as a CSV file. Vacuum and permeation times can be easily adjusted on the graphical touchscreen interface.
Optional accessories and two available versions – one with integrated pneumatic vacuum pump, or one with external vacuum pump (PU1400) – make the Dansensor Lippke VC1400 a flexible and user-friendly solution for quality control processes.
