Dansensor LeakPointer H2O enables precise identification of even the smallest leaks. The device allows visual leak testing (bubble test) on all types of flexible, semi-rigid, and rigid packages — whether with MAP headspace or vacuum/skin packaging with minimal or no headspace.
Operation & Use
- Place the package into the chamber, close the lid, and start the test.
- Vacuum pressure fills the chamber with the exact amount of water needed through the drain hose.
- Adjust the pressure as required and observe air bubbles escaping from the package to locate leaks.
- When the test stops, the lid opens automatically and excess water drains back to the tank.
- Cleaning is easy thanks to the integrated drain system, quick-release hose connections, and removable, rounded chamber.

An optional digital pressure meter can be added for highly accurate testing — ideal for flat, non-expandable rigid packages or easy-open lid packaging that cannot withstand high pressure.

Dansensor LeakPointer H2O can be used as a standalone solution for quality control or in combination with Dansensor LeakPointer 3 / Dansensor LeakPointer 3+ to create a complete leak detection system:
